Nothing but top notch professionals at the Zinda Law group!! I would like to thank Burgess Williams, Holly Todd an their team for all they did for me! After being involved in a horrible accident and no way to pay for medical and feeling hopeless! Burgess and his team went way above what I would exspect! They not only got me a more than fare settlement they also made sure that I received top notch medical care for my injuries! If it wasn’t for these folks I would of never would of received the medical care I needed! They were always on top of my case, very responsive and attentive to my case and specific needs! Thank you Mr. Williams! I would highly recommend this firm!!

I would recommend Zinda Law Group to anyone that needs a personal injury attorney! When searching for an attorney in my case (hit by a cement truck), I came across their link and right away chatted on line with someone. Within the hour I had a phone call and the next day Kelsey came to my home instead of me going to the office over an hour away. Wow, who does that? Zinda does!. Through my case Joe Caputo followed me through the whole thing and explained everything to me in terms I could understand. Joe always made me feel like my case was top priority no matter how big or small. He gave me the best advice on steps I should take all the while leaving the decisions in my court. If ever needed in the future (hopefully not) Joe will be getting a call from me.

I would HIGHLY recommend Buck Johnson. Him and Misha, his assistant, are great. I found myself in a DWI case that seemed to have all odds and pieces of evidence against me. After speaking with several defense lawyers, I explained my position to Buck. Between his approach, experience, and truthfulness, I felt most confident with him. He agreed to look at everything in my case, and then explained the actual law behind it. After reviewing it all, Buck explained my options. One was filing a motion and having a hearing. Before a plea, I chose the motion route. At the hearing, Buck clearly demonstrated he was a tough, knowledgeable, capable, and experienced defense/trial lawyer. In my case, it seemed more so than than the assistant DA. Things turned in favor of actual law, a dismissal, and I am relieved today. It is all behind me. He definitely is one of the best, if not the best out there!

Due to his reputation and skill, Buck was able to defend me against very serious felony charges. Buck effectively communicated the extenuating circumstances of the case to the DA and the courts granted me freedom. What began as serious felony charges, resulted in a class c misdemeanor and the charges will be expunged. He and his assistant Misha exhibited the utmost professionalism and consideration in every instance. I couldn’t be more grateful!

I will rarely take time to write a review however in this case I feel it is a must. When people are faced with legal circumstances which can literally change their life for the worst, good legal counsel is a necessity. A friend gave us Bucks Johnson’s name and number on a Sunday night, and he answered his phone that night and agreed to meet with us the next day to handle my daughters case! His professionalism and expertise gave us needed reassurance in an extremely difficult legal situation regarding false accusations which had led to an arrest. Throughout the legal process, his communication was superb. The end result what is the best resolution that we could’ve ever hoped for, and it was only because of Mr. Johnson‘s determination, expertise, and care! I had a complicated case with multiple charges 2 DWI, 2 months apart, 2 different counties including a nursing license on the line. Buck was fair, knowledgeable, available, and very thorough. Buck also referred me to an amazing Board of nursing attorney that helped me obtain my nursing license. Buck guided through this process and obtained what I believe to be the best results given my current situation. I definitely recommend Buck Johnson to anyone that is in need of great counsel.

I cannot recommend Buck enough! He is extremely competent as well as pragmatic. He knows what is worth fighting for and what is not, without wasting his clients' money. He is familiar with the prosecutors and judges and their temperaments and records and who might be amenable to what compromises. He is also incredibly responsive, inclusion via text and email. He got my charges reduced to something minor with a short probation and the ability to have the charge expunged. I am so happy that I chose Buck.

A family member was charged with DUI after totaling my car, and we hired Mr. Johnson upon the recommendation of a family friend. He and his staff were very professional, and clearly quite knowledgeable. Our first appointment was within days of our initial call, and future phone calls to his office were quickly responded to by him or his paralegal. He handled all interactions with the court, without the need to disrupt our lives by being present. Upon reviewing the police in-dash cam, he found what he felt would be the key in having the case dismissed. Mr. Johnson did not sugar-coat with false positive expectations; he would still have to win the battle, but did voice a very good chance for a dismissal. My family member only had to appear for the pretrial hearing; no testimony from him/her (staying intentionally vague). Even though the arresting officer appeared and testified at the hearing, Mr. Johnson was able to artfully cross examine the officer, and used the police cam video to successfully demonstrate the reasons for why this case should be dismissed....and the judge agreed!!! I highly recommend Mr. Johnson for any needs you are facing. Just remember, not all cases can be won....but he clearly has the skills to find you the best fighting chance.
