John and his team are top notch when it comes handling DWI cases. He is very knowledgeable, I mean with 40+ years would you think he wouldn’t be?! Very professional, knows how to read the prosecutor, probably because he’s dealt with so many through out the years. He is a very good lawyer and I would recommend him to anyone I know to handle their criminal defense. In the office you have Trish and Courtney and they are the backbone of the whole operation. They answered all my questions and made sure I understood the entire process. They were quick to send emails notifying me and keeping me up to date on my case. I was arrested for DWI in Sept of 2021. I found John Gioffredi on the internet from his stellar reviews and reputation. I spoke with John and a couple other lawyers to try and decide who to hire to represent me. After speaking with everyone, I selected John because of his experience, knowledge, and honesty about my case and the possibilities. It was approximately 6 months after the arrest before my first court meeting was scheduled. After all those months of waiting, I was ready to accept the best plea offered to get this over and move on. John told me to be patient and to be prepared that we might have to go to court to get the best deal. Ultimately, I was hoping to avoid trial. So, I took John's advice and he went to work.....we rejected the first couple of plea deals. I was very nervous continuing to reject each slightly better plea deal (which went against my better judgement) but John convinced me to trust him and continue on. Well, John was right (and of course he was because what do I know). Without going into the details, my case got dismissed in August of 2022 approximately 10 days before it was scheduled to go to court. I could not have asked for a better outcome. I am incredibly grateful to John and his team (Courtney and Trish as well). They did amazing work. Hands down I would absolutely (100%) recommend John and his team to anyone in a DWI/DUI situation. I am another satisfied customer in a long list of satisfied customers. John is excellent at what he does and has a wonderful team around him. Special thanks to Trish!! I used John for a DWI in 2021-2022 due to covid it lasted a year before I had to go to court. He was very helpful from the start never once did he judge me for my mistakes simply told me the consequences and the steps it would take. He walked me through all the options a month before my court date gave me a couple of days to decide and then issued my court date. On the day of my court date, he gave me two options and told me which one would work best for me. Then when I had to go up in front of the Judge, I only got a 90-day driver's license suspension. I did not have to go to jail or have a breathalyzer in my vehicle. If I would ever get in trouble again (which I won't), I would choose him over and over again. He made this process very easy and calming for me with minimal damage. I recommend you use John Gioffredi if you ever need the best to have your back legally!!

John defended my case well and I was acquitted. With a BAC slightly over, the prosecution's ultimate undoing was no reasonable suspicion and no probable. Looking suspicious is not a crime. I would recommend John to anyone in such unfortunate circumstances.

He saved me. I did 3rd DWI and I was sentenced to 18 month probation,$800 fine. It is great for 3rd DWI.I thank him once again for his meticulousness and ability for working for me, even mobilizing his acquaintance to interpret for me, who is not good at English. I had a bac more than double the legal limit, first offense so had no idea what to expect, a little over a year of constant worry. Today Mr. Gioffredi was able to make a deal with the DA that I couldn't have even dreamed of! Interlock Device GONE, Deffered Adjudication with unsupervised probation for only 6 months! No paying to meet with a PO every month, no conviction! I am very pleased with my final result, I would highly recommend John if you ever get into a bind. Just understand the process is slow moving, try not to beat yourself up, with patience comes potentially something positive at the end, im just glad this is all behind me.
