I was very pleased , with the closing department. Every call she answered and if she wasn’t available, as long as I left a message she would get back with me without 1-2 hours or the next business day. She never hesitated to answer my questions and thoroughly explained everything even when I didn’t understand and asked the same questions she would break it down as many different ways as she could! Her department was the fastest department in the process!

During the PIP closing there were some comments made by an associate at Jim Adler that were unprofessional. However, overall the experience was great and closing was fast and smooth. Carol Barrera was amazing and great at reaching out to schedule the time and date we would meet to sign documents.

During my Auto injury I was lucky to pick the law firm of Jim Adler and associates and it took a better turn on my behalf to work with individuals like Ms. Carol Barrera who has been very helpful, informative, and deligent in guiding me through the process that was under her responsibility.
