HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND JIM ADLERS OFFICE!! I repeatedly tried calling kept getting sent to voice mail. I repeatedly was asking for my LOP'S to be sent out for my MRI'S I had to have done. When I finally reached Adriana Rines, I was told they did not work with Northstar diagnostics where I had my MRI, I would have to go where they want me to go. I told them I had already been for the MRI while they were taking their sweet time getting back ahold of me. I was told I would have to pay for it out of my own pocket if I wanted to go there. Northstar diagnostics already told me they would accept an LOP. I repeatedly asked to speak directly with my lawyer. NEVER once did I receive a call back from ROBERT CASTILLO. I thought that's what the lawyers were suppose to do is handle things and take the stress off the client. Made my anxieties so much worse. So I fired them took a signed and dated letter into ADRIANA RINES that I was firing them and told them why I was firing them. I made her sign and date the letter. So they couldn't say it didn't happen. And then ADRIANA RINES OFFERED TO GO GET THE LAWYER NOW AFTER BEING FIRED!! I said no thank you I have hired another lawyers office. Only had them less than 1 month, I gave them police report and all my papers, they put a lien against the insurance so they couldn't release to my lawyer cause their trying to charge me $3,000 dollars for not doing much at all. SO PLEASE BE CAREFUL THEY JUST WANT THE MONEY DON'T FEEL LIKE THEY CARE ABOUT THE CLIENT AT ALL!!! My next step is going to the board!! Also my lawyers office sent over to adlers office for copy of my contract and my file for proof that they did work for the $3000 there trying to charge me for. And they refused to send proof over.

I would recommend them and definitely use them in the future if I needed their services. Thank you again and keep up the great work.
