Esmeralda Gavilanes, and my attorney, Drew Bias, have done everything for me and kept me updated on important milestones as they arrive. All of the negotiations and paperwork were done by the office and everything was always explained to me. This has been a stress-free experience and I appreciate Jim Adler & Associates' help.

I am very disappointed in my treatment with the Jim Adler's Office. I felt that they did not show any empathy toward me or my medical concerns. They treated me like a number with a dollar sign! They withheld some vital information and still refuse to tell me that the person that hit me had only the minimum insurance coverage but after I racked up $22,000.00 in medical debt, I received a call from my case manager Megan stating they did not want me to be upside down for receiving money which was a pretty good indication that they knew which they denied. We all know attorneys deal with facts rather than no factual. I was given the wrong medicine which the doctor should have known, because I told her I had a blood disorder, I repeatedly complained about my services, they allowed this too go on until I just was fed up and felt it was best to part ways. I cannot work with someone I do not trust. The chiropractor office that I complained about has inflated fees on my bill, dates of attendance that I wasn't there and services that was not rendered, "wow"..Now, another fight for justice! Talk about a joke! I requested my drop letter, no response not surprised! I was hit in the back of my car by a driver going at least 70 miles an hour! I felt he was trying to intentionally do me bodily harm. I had a swollen spine for months, bulging disc, nerve damage on my left side and my case manager asked me to stop therapy for the money being $22,000.00..what about the healing of my body? I am 56 years old. I need continued medical care and at this point! I am very angry at how I have been treated..!

I was in an auto accident on December 19, 2018, I was refer by a co-worker to have Mr. Jim Adler and Associates to handle my case so far it's been a process but my AWESOME case manager Maria S. has been Wonderful at helping me along the way I have no complaint just patients, this is my feed back and experience with Jim Adler, THE HAMMER.

When my car was slammed from behind and totalled, my world was turned upside down; and worst of all, despite it not being my fault in no way whatsoever, it felt as if I was the one paying the consequences! That all changed when my case was taken by Mr Jim Adler and associates. Despite me being constantly told by my Insurance and even the police that my police report wouldnt be availble until the end of the next month, Jim Adler fought hard and was able to retrieve that report in less than a week! My case was finally able to get off the ground, and the other insurance could finally be held liable. My case was then assigned to Mrs Veronica Flores, who despite having multiple cases to manage, was extremely present and opened for communication. She scheduled an actual in person meet so that we could go over the case and any questions, and it really was nice to see a kind, smiling face to match the sweet voice over the phone. Despite my nerves, first time having anything to do with attorneys and just the overall stress of this accident, she made me and my mother feel very comfortable and welcomed. My experience with Jim Adler and associates has been a great one, and if you ever find yourself in an unfortunate and are in need of legal representation, give them a call so you don't waste any of your time.
