My father was t-boned last year by a texting teenager, after contacting her insurance my father decided to get an attorney as he thought the amount offered was unfair. In the end his lawyer at this firm accepted the exact same amount my father was initially offered but they took 33% as a fee. To top it off this Alvarado individual forced my father to create an email and "leave" a comment on here on how "great his experience" was. My father is elderly and doesn't have a smart phone and to go as far as creating an email and assuming his identity is borderline unethical. I have called this office for 3 days now and I keep on getting transferred to dead phonelines and they keep on telling me ALL MANAGEMENT is out of the office, unbelievable!

Jackson Warren always answered my calls and kept me atuned to where we stood in the case. When Armando Alvarado got involved he was very informative and would just call to say hey this is where your at now and tell me his strategy. I was very pleased with the firm and would definitely recommend them.
