Mrs Flores was my case manager and she did amazing! I loved how she was concerned about how I was doing and my health . She always made sure to follow up with me every few days to keep me posted on the next process . She really helped me get through my accident. I truly appareicte you and thank you!!!

Disappointed.

I was in a motorcycle accident in 2016, where a lady pulled out in front of me and I T Boned her at 55 mph. Luckily I was wearing all of my gear and escaped with my life. I knew I needed to hire a lawyer immediately. A friend recommended Jim Adler's office. Long story short, my bike was paid off, my medical bills were paid, and I got $$$ in my pocket. The checks came with perfect timing too. I had very good communication with Rolando Quesada and Karla Leyva. I would strongly recommend. They didn't take no for an answer when the insurance company didn't want to take 100% responsibility. Thy negotiated to the 100%. Very pleased.

Mr. Mize and Dora Mendeola were awesome to work with. I highly recommend this firm. The whole process was quick and painless. They kept me updated every step of the way.

They are only interested in big money cases, but they are friendly

Abraham Olide helped me with my car accident and has been very professional. He keeps me informed and up to date about everything. I feel better and my car is in the process of being fixed. He's helping me settle my claim and making the insurance company pay. If it wasn't for them I probably wouldn't had got helped the way I have. Client Advocacy, Professional, Highly Engaged! This review is specifically for my assigned Case Manager, Olivia Martinez and the above attributes speak to the level of service she provided. While the firm's representation preceded itself, I had no idea what would be involved as it related to a personal injury case. For anyone who's ever been involved in an auto accident knows how distressing and overwhelming that situation can be. However, Olivia played an integral role in easing my anxieties! She did an exceptional job level setting me and answering questions responsively and thoroughly. I highly recommend the firm primarily because of my interactions and partnership with her and my attorney, Rolando Quesada!

I'm writing this in the hopes of helping my fellow Texans out in case their ever in a bind like me.  Documentation whether positive or negative is everything.   I want this documented and I'm also in the process of filing a formal grievance against Jim Adler and Associates to the Texas State Bar.   I was in a very bad car accident almost a year ago that resulted in me being left with sever back pain.  Money was tight as it always is and needing medical therapy immediately I hired the first attorney that came to mind Jim Adler.   Being so widely advertised I figured  the case would be a breeze, I'd get quick medical therapy, and there offices would be professional and direct as to what I need to do to help them aid me.   They were up until the signing of my contract.  The very first conversation I had after that was with my representative.  I told him the pain I was in, the condition my vehicle was in, how I was missing work, my lack of sleep and in response to it all from Jim Adlers associate was "and, can I help you."  I felt almost as if I was bothering the man keep in mind this is the same day I signed my contract.  From the Representatives total lack of Interest or sincerity I did what anyone would do and called someone who cared.  By Texas law I believe you have a total of 3 days to back out of a legal contract I did it the next day which was a total of 2.   I worked with The Dottie Hyde law office for almost a year on my case and now that their finished Jim Adler wasn't to maintain interest.  They have done nothing for me then to show my how unprofessional the representatives can be nor did that ever work on my case.  They were fired on day 2 after day 1 were I sign the contract. I want people to know Jim Adler has never once tried to reach out to me or to apologize.  All their interested in is money that they've failed to earn. The Texas hammer doesn't fight for you but against you I emplore you to look into this.  They are so corrupt its unreal. I am the client that was hurt, that had to miss work and go through treatment.  I am the client who lost personal property being my only means of transportation.  Yet I'm the bad guy because I wanted someone to represent me who sincerely had my best interest at heart.  Jim Adler cares more about making himself money then helping he's clients because if he didn't, I would be speaking to him now and not y'all.
