After having my car accident I knew there was only one law firm to trust to get the job done. Everyone In the process were very helpful. Any questions I had were answered and Letty Castillo always called to keep me updated. I highly recommend them to have in your corner after a car accident.

I was involved in a traffic accident in September. When I got a letter from the insured's adjuster concerning their settlement process, I contacted Jim Adler and Associates. I cannot tell you how quickly they responded. A representative came to my residence and went through the process, explained the forms in detail, and it was short and sweet. I felt an immediate sense of relief knowing I wasn't up against a large insurance company on my own. The support staff is exactly that. Support. I am working with Maria Angel and I can honestly state that if she does not answer the phone when I call, it is only a matter of minutes that she returns my call. I have been driving for 53 years and never had an accident so this is new to me, but with her help and direction, I know that I will have the best case presented that can be. She is very well versed in her responsibilities, and knows how to structure a presentation for the attorney to review and present to the insured's adjuster leaving no stone unturned.. I highly recommend Jim Adler & Associates. While they are a large law firm, you won't know it. My personal experience with everyone I have been in touch with has been very personal, and very professional If you have the misfortune of being involved in an accident, you can be thankful that you will have the good fortune of powerful representation if you choose to use them. Very professional and prompt. Every question or concern we had was answered quickly. Natalie Hernandez and Ramona Flores were very knowledgeable and professional. I've used another attorney on a prior case and it failed in comparison to Jim Adler's office. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Handles my case with outstanding service. I had to travel during the time of my treatments, and they found a location in the city I had traveled too. Ms.Letty Castillo gave a time frame and worked extra and I received 40% more than my original quote. This was after I had been rejected by a other attorney Jim Adler and his ppl handles business for me.

Jim Adler & Ass. Did a very poor job keeping me updated. I had to constantly call them. They would go weeks and even a month without contacting me. I had to constantly call the attorney who was representing me. Her name was Yalonda Roja. I don't recommend them to no one.

Unethical Unethical Unethical....This Law Firm receive payouts and then they offer the claimant what they want. I am experiencing this unethical behavior at this point and time..DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM if you want positive results from your case!!!! 2 yrs for car wreck case that fault had already been determined and paid by the other parties insurer.

This is the second time in 15 years I have used Mr. Adlers law firm and both times I have been extremely satisfied with the out come. The attorney who handled our case (Chelsea Tucker) to the closing manager (Letty Castillo) did a fantastic job with our situation and my wife and I are very pleased with the outcome on both cases. If you require an accident attorney I would highly recommend Jim Adler & Assoc. I give them 5 stars out of 5

Ramona Flores. Other than the final settlement, Ramona was the bright spot in an otherwise dull situation. She made me feel like more than just a client. The lack of response to repeated phone calls for status updates in a word, sucked. I had calls go unreturned for over 2 weeks. Left daily voice mails to no avail. All I wanted was a status update, even if there was nothing to report, that would've been nice to hear. Ramona, you're the bomb.
