Speaking for Laura Walker; my case manager Karyzma Torres left after receiving all my medical email updates. Office worker phones and says insurance company wouldn't pay enough so they are no longer my lawyers. When I asked why they waited till after the time limit, they said they were busy collecting medical records. Weird, this was a rear end accident, totaled vehicle with personal injury.

If you want a law firm that doesn’t communicate with you this is the place for you! they don’t respond to emails or voicemails. The case manager rarely answers the phone. They leave you completely out of the loop. The other parties insurance says we can’t talk to them since we have a lawyer. Well the case manager said we need to call them to clarify a matter in regards to the rental vehicle. So how exactly am I suppose to do that? The amount of money spent on advertising should go into hiring decent staff that keep you in the know of YOUR case. I’m super disappointed and I have no idea when my case will be finished or when this headache of not knowing what’s going on will end. FINALLY someone reached out to me and actually told me what’s happening!!!

Jim Adler & Associates and his team did an excellent job handling my mother's case. Her attorney Mr. Jackson Warren & Case worker Ms. Dora were there all they way till we got our settlement and they actually got her more than what she was expecting and got her proper treatment with the providers _. I hired jim adler and associates do to a car accident I was in. Two months later I developed severe health issues for no reason which I could not communicate to them do to their negligence. The case managers I delt with were very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I fired them do to feeling like I was left in the dark and their lack of concern about my personal well being. Now I may not even be able to receive compensation because I've been unable to find another lawyer to take my case do to their lien on my case, and these guys say they are supposed to fight to get you justice......yeah right, what's that old saying.....buyer bewear?!

Ms Holmes was always quick to respond and was always very pleasant when I was not. That's when I was having a bad day. I truly appreciate all she has done. Thank You Ms. Holmes and God Bless.....

My experience with attorney Garrett Mize & assistant Dora R. @jim adler& associates was a walk in the park they were very professional & courteous.If I had question or concerns they were always there to assist & reassure me things were being handled always kept me updated & I felt they were making the best decision for myself i would recommend to friends or family thanks for everything guys

My case manager never answers the phone. Don't even know if they are still fighting my case or not. This is frustrating and annoying knowing nothing about my case, and it's been a little over a month that I have not heard from them. I would not recommend them. I guess they only really care about 18-wheeler cases more than regular vehicle accidents. I got tired of calling and sending emails to them and the same thing every single time.
