Esmeralda Gavilanes with Jim Adlers office was absolutely the most professional assistant in handling her job. She was very warm and knew her job and was very forthcoming and easy to speak with and at several points we both laughed which you do not find anymore. Everyone seems so stale and unwilling to know their job and push the goodness a little further. I would have given a 10 star ⭐️ if I could have.
