Robert faught for me and my case. Robert was my second attorney becasue the first one dropped my case when the insurance company denied liability. He faught the insurance company for me and got all my medical bills paid and left me with a put more money than I expected in my pocket.

From the first meeting I had with Robert Fitzpatrick along with my father concerning my disability case as I had been denied 3 previous times ( with no attorney ) and we both were totally impressed with his caring attitude and his knowledge. He would always return my calls and did some follow up calls as well. Nothing but big time thanks to him. Great working with Robert!

Robert is as professional and yet as personable as they come. He is knowledgeable, and also well prepared when we were in court together. He always returned phone calls or emails the same day regardless of the time of day I contacted him. I highly recommend Robert and I consider myself fortunate to have worked with him.
