I didn't like how your secretary handled my phone call on 3/6/2024, she told me she's sorry for the pain that I'm having, but unfortunately the injury has to be recent. First of all she should of said, " First, and foremost I would like to apologize for the inconvenience, and your injury. Our law firm requires your injury to be within 1 year of the accident for example. If we can serve you in the future please let us know etc... Don't ever say sorry for your injury but.. That really hurt my feelings please do better.
