I hired to Tim when I was being prosecuted by the state he made sure to take care of everything I have never had a problem in the state of Texas and it was tough! Tim went to great lengths and worked hard to seek out the truth. You have to be willing to change for the better and become a better you. I was charged with a criminal offense and was arrested overnight. I had no idea what to do with my life, just being devastated and depressed as hell in the jail. Not to mention that I had a pending greencard application with USCIS. I cried so much in the jail, but my big sister found Tim. Agg Assault w/ deadly weapon. A serious charge I never imagined I would need to defend against. I’ve never needed an attorney, had no idea what I was going to do. I met with 4 attorneys some good some not and after meeting with Tim, knew he was the best for my case. Soon after our initial meeting, I started to feel more at ease (as much as you can when facing a felony). Tim was always quick to return my calls, texts, and emails and as the case progressed and I began to gain more confidence that everything was going to turn out alright. He walked me through all possible outcomes during each stage and his thoughts from his experience of what was likely to happen, each time being close if not spot on. Tim Clancy was the lawyer who helped me to get a felony charge dismissed. I had a very complicated family issue. It took a long time to get one single step moving forward due to the court.
