I have always had an outstanding experience at William Sheahan Designs regarding ring sizing, watch repair, installation of new watch bands and replacement of batteries. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I feel very fortunate to have a relationship like this to depend on and wouldn't think of going any place else. I would recommend this business to all my friends and clients. Five stars!

I had a wonderful experience working with William Sheahan Designs. Skylar provided wonderful service and was incredibly responsive. They had tons of creative ideas throughout the process and were able to incorporate my ideas into a beautiful piece. They are well connected within the diamond industry and were able to make the process of sourcing a stone painless. As someone approaching the jewelry industry with little experience, I found the low-key, down to earth atmosphere to be very approachable. On top of this, they are incredibly knowledgeable and the quality of the final piece is 10/10.

I brought a number of pieces for repair My instructions were careful. I have collected for over sixty years. While I appreciate and understand the comment.."we are not magicians", I would have appreciated a call to indicate their inability to do as I asked. But no, they fixed the chargeable item. Because my instructions were not followed, I paid for something only half done. Four items were nicely done, two poorly done, and my 1936 watch with complications, was to be fixed with a new sapphire crystal..for 1700.00,!!! Very expensive. I agreed. Now they tell me I am not getting the crystal, but the watchmakerhas begun and I must pay the whole sum. I was very clear about that My want to restore my father's gold watch. I have worn it carefully for years. I had. A number of new projects for design that I wanted to do. Besides being unhappy with blatant excuses and some real lack of attention to certain details that were important to me, I will be paying over 2000.00 for some decent work of minor pieces, and major disregard for my instructions on 3 larger pieces.

Let me start out by saying they have really friendly employees here. They spent time with me and resized my rings multiple times to help find the right fit. But … they also originally WELDED my grandmother’s engagement ring & wedding ring together when they were just supposed to resize it. They were able to fix their mistake but that was traumatic to say the least… Also… at the same time my partner left his watch to be fixed - we were told it was going to be 4 weeks, that’s fine. We didn’t hear anything for 5 weeks so I called them. It ended up they hadn’t fixed the watch so I demanded to pick up the watch asap. They said they would get it the next day and call us. No call all day, so I called right before they closed and they said they hadn’t had time to pick up the watch that day. The following day we finally got the call, I picked it up, was told it wasn’t possible to fix so they “no jobbed it” — Anyway a call any time the last 5 weeks would have been nice. Was really trying to support local but wanted to share my experience.

I love the beautiful estate emerald pendant I got from William Sheehan Designs. Skylar is always such a help and I love chatting with Bill and Traci! I love stopping by on my way to the postal center. :)

By far, the best jewelry store in Dallas. I found this gem of a store on a whim a couple of years ago and knew if I ever wanted to design a custom piece I wanted them to do it. Fast forward, I worked with Skyler last year to design my dream ring that holds so much sentimental value to me. He patiently listened as I described how I envisioned my ring and then he made designs, procured pink sapphires and made my dream ring become a reality! The customer service from Bill, his beautiful wife, and Skyler is a 10 out of 10!!!

A hidden gem! Writing 5 star reviews seems harder and harder these days as true customer service seems to be endangered. Not only does Skylar, Bill, Tracy, and even the dog (!!) make you feel welcome; but more importantly, they maintain your confidence through jobs done well. They execute on deliverables like service and skill, all while exemplifying integrity and true blue old fashioned customer service. Bonus points for fair pricing!!

Whole heartedly recommend William Sheahan Designs! Skylar was able to worth rudimentary knowledge of engagement diamonds and find, consult, and design an engagement ring beyond my wildest dreams. In summary: the work done at William Sheahan Designs is true artistry. Thank you again, Skylar!
