I do not like how this firm is ran, AT ALL!!!! First of all, I made an appointment with a "Frank" for 4:00pm on a specific date. I arrived at the office around 3:35pm. Another lady arrived to the office around 3:50pm and she stated that she was late. Frank came out and called her to the back. I inquired with the assistant at the fornt as to how long it would take them and she stated about 30 mins!!!! This does not demonstrate ethical morales and I would never refer this firm to anyone!!! It is 2014, and the race card is still being played. As a law frim, you guys should do better. We all are hard-working individuals and should be treated with the same fairness. To no avail, I left this office and even though the assistant was aware of my frustrations, I have yet to receive a call or ANYTHING. It is 15 days later.......

Ms. Low does not respond to questions, judge/court system had to contact her. Takes numerous vacations and did not respond to email, telephone calls, etc. but charges for all the telephone calls emails sent to her. Guardianship paperwork expired due to her unprofessional/lack of responding to request. And now I'm trying to get in touch with her to find out if she even wants to represent me still and it's been 3 months and no response to telephone or emails.
