I put down a $2000.00 deposit years ago. It took me many years to pay off my deposit with montthly payments. I received a couple of calls from them once I paid off my deposit requiring documents for my bankruptcy. Everytime I tried to submit my documents there was always a problem. It's been a year. If I don't reach out to them, I'd never hear from them. I eventually told them to cancel. They created an invoice of $6,000.00 saying this is my bill from them, which I was never aware of. My question was how? I hardly spoke with these people. They are not going to get away with this!! I'm very angry with this firm!!

I spoke with Jacqueline today and she was very professional, and such a caring person. She took time to explain everything I needed to know. She's a very business minded person. Thank You for your patience with me.

This Place offered No money down to file Th BK7. I completed the consultation and was advised of the biweekly payment amounts. I was comfortable with the payment amounts. Right then and there they sent the documents to sign for payment arrangements and the retainer agreement. Not giving you time to actually read over them. My first payment was deducted the following week and then NOTHING. I reached out to them to find out when the petition would be filed and was informed that it would not be filed until the full $3000 was paid, which would be by September. Had I been informed of that during the initial consultation, I would have never signed anything. What person has 4 months or even the full payment upfront, when we are clearly losing everything we have? On top of that Brian called me back and left this VM calling me silly for canceling with the law firm after quickly noticing their deceitful practices. I don’t believe they do good business and I should’ve known that, when they asked for a 5 star review immediately after the consultation call.

Jacqueline was very good at explaining all the options and answering my questions that I had about filling for bankruptcy.
