All over the place, they tell you what they can do up front before they even get any over your documentation or info. You have to speak to numerous people, no one reads or communicates effectively. They are not trained. And the manger is so unprofessional and tries to handle you. Clearly they are hurting for money, and will try to find any reason to keep your money with no work! Then they change the dates you’re supposed to pay, then tell you if you don’t pay the rest they can’t help you! They took 300 from me and didn’t do anything, it take 405 to file, they claim they did work but couldn’t say what they did, then the manager says they can charge hourly fees if the want, so basically if they don’t follow through or over look something, to the point where you can’t file they’ll try and make up a reason why they can’t give you a refund!

They were going to save my truck from repossession, didn't happen it got repossessed. They were going to make sure I got my possessions from it, didn't happen I lost my tools and inventory. They failed to let us know we had 14 days to get our paperwork filed, wife in hospital baddling cancer didn't matter, yet had the nerve to ask us to pay a 2nd r we trainer. THEY ARE CROOKS!

A long time ago I applied for a job via a job posting site, I didn't know it was for this firm. Well now they won't stop calling about my financial difficulties. I have told them repeatedly I didn't request nor do I want information and still keep getting calls! I finally had to block the number to get some relief! Ridiculous!!!
