There is no communication. You call and get the run around and if you email you only get an auto response email. The end all should have been when I had to call them to find out why my second appointment wasn't kept by them. They charge you 150 to reschedule if you miss an appointment. I should recieve a deduction of fees for them missing an appointment.
I had my consultation 18 Oct and paid them to file my chapter 7, 31 Oct. As of today 20 Nov my case hasn't been filed though being told it would be because my major issue was my current living situation. I needed it filed last month but couldn't pay that day. I thought they would file after my documents were signed on 4 Nov. Now I'll have an eviction and bankruptcy on my credit. I'll never be able to rent a place and I can't even try to get a mortgage for two years after the case is discharged. I'm so hurt. Things went from bad to severely worse.

This is the WORST customer service EVER. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. They were so adamant that I was there on time. I waited for an hour and a half and was promised a consultation with an attorney and got a paralegal. When I confronted the paralegal he stormed out, saying have a good day. How rude!

So far all is well. Started and paid for my process Friday. Friendly environment answered all my questions. Only thing I haven't received yet is the email to access client portal. So I have no way to send email to ask questions if I need to right now. But its early in the process. I pray they dont fall off because some of these reviews have me nervous.😳

This has been the worst experience ever related to dealing with a law firm, I have never experienced a firm that's so lackadaisical when it comes to dealing with clients!!! They do not answer your calls and you have to explain to a clerk over and over agai why you're calling!!! Who wants to divulge their person business matters to a clerk!!! Where are the attorneys why are you lonely dealing with paralegals???? I spoke with Richard gave him all the information he stated I neededsigned the necessary paperwork, however that wasn't all after being told all I need to do is pay, I did that now per Danielle I need to come back for some backbone paperwork. I've been calling them since this morning trying to speak with someone, now at 3:00 friday even he tells me I need to come in on Monday which Monday will be the final day for me to recover my vehicle!!!! I'm so frustrated with this firm but they have my 500.00 down payment so hopefully This will workout Monday because 3:00 Friday evening is way to late to take care of aclient
