Don't do it!!! They are absolutely the worst!!! I have tried to speak to someone at this firm for two months. I have set up 4 teleconferences to speak with someone and no one ever called me. The last teleconference was set for me to call the lawyer and again she would not come to the telephone to address my concerns about my case. The only reason I gave one star is because I had to in order to post

First impressions are important to most businesses... Allmand Law Firm is not most businesses. I scheduled an appointment several days ago and notified the receptionist/appointment setter, that I am a sigle father and would need to pick my daughter up by 6:30pm from after school care. I was assured this would be ample time for my initial consultation that generally takes about 1hr. I arrived at Allmand law @ 4:00pm for my 4:30 appointment, signed in & filled out the registration form. After an hour of waiting I inquired if the receptionist had any idea how much long the wait would be..I was informed, 'probably 10-15 minutes'. 45 minutes passed without any interactions with a Allmand law staff member. After two hours! of waiting (with an appointment) I decided to leave. I couldn't help but think, If Allmand laws' time management and/or lack of customer service is any indication of how they handle new clients..... I did not want to be represented by this firm. At about the time I was about to cut my losses and accept that I will never get these 2 hours of of my life back, a man escorted a longbearded client down the hall. I assumed that both were clients as one looked like ZZ Tops uncle and the other was wearing a wal-mart T-shirt with what looked to be a 'type' of sweat pant. When I realized the gentleman with the hybrid sweat pants was an attorney, I retrieved my registration papers and left their office. I strongly reccomend that anyone whom is seeking legal counsel to continue your search. This law firm is not professional and doesn't value their prospective clients.

Linda Littleton is excellent; answers all my questions, offers the very best assistance she can, and does not judge me negatively. She is a wonderful and I appreciate her understanding and patience during this stressful time. The Paralegal I had at my second appointment there was absolutely awful. She was rude and condescending and treated me with disrespect. I believe this may have been because I was late for my appointment that day, due to major traffic jams between Bonham, TX where I live and work and Dallas, TX where the law office is located directly off of I75. She even indicated that I would need to reschedule my appointment!. I informed her I had just survived a major traffic jam trying to get to my appointment! However, I let her know that I was there and had all the information they had previously requested, and I would have my appointment that day since I have paid my retainer fee and, after leaving work early, I was finally there due to the terrible traffic back-ups I had incurred on my trip there. Then, I slid an additional document across the desk to her that needed to be included with the paperwork and she curtly said: "DON'T YOU throw things at me!". I told her that I did not "throw" anything; I simply slid the document across the desk surface to her. She gave me dirty looks and was curt the remainder of the appointment. Needless to say, I could not wait to get out of there. She made me agitated, nervous and angry. I can't remember her name as I had no desire to, determined I would never meet with that woman again. I believe her name is in my files. Someone needs to reprimand this Paralegal and remind her she is providing a service and inform her that is not a professional way to treat paying clients. The front desk person, Dalia I believe is her name, is super helpful and courteous. I appreciate her also. She works very hard for the law firm and I hope she is compensated fairly for it.

My Name is Alex and I called and set up an office consultation to speak with Mr. Ben Westin. When I showed up at 1:25 for my 1:30 appoint no one was at the office. I called several times and could only get the voice recording, no one ever picked up even though it said I was the next caller. These idiots could not even keep an appointment, how can I trust them to handle a bankruptcy?
