In less than 3 days the insurance companies agreed to max payout. Because of the lean the hospital put on the check I was exhausted with the whole process and Mr. Alvarez got them to settle in less than 4 months and I got paid twice the amount plus, what I was trying to settle for.

Ron handled a multimillion dollar commercial real estate transaction for me in another state, and I was very happy with his professionalism, knowledge, responsiveness, and value. My broker initially referred me to an hourly firm, who were happy to give me their hourly rate but were not transparent at all on anticipated hours or overall costs. Instead, Ron gave me one flat fee - which was very reasonable - and covered all aspects of the transaction including LLC formation. The transaction went smooth as possible and I was super happy with his services. I wouldn't hesitate using him again for other transactions.
