Retained them for 2 years now. They are terrible at communicating and keeping anyine updated. Have not been able to get my meds fixed or my PT. The legal assistants have attitudes. They never call back. You have to constantly hound and nag them to find out anything about your case. They are quick to bill you for hours of "speaking to you" even when no contact has been made. You have to jump through hoops to get these fees reversed. They take on more clientale than they can handle. They basically just drag out the case to get more money out of you. I recommend you get a free ombudsman instead. Also this law first is not equip to handle cases with CRPS.

They do not communicate, I have called twice, sometimes 3 times everyday the last two weeks and have emailed and no one answers or returns my calls! Run!!!!! Do you use this company!

I haven't heard anything or any changes in my case put yet they keep charging for time that they are working on my case since Feb no updates I think I made a mistake 😔

They seriously take advantage of over charging for little to no help.

Great Experience with Crystal Rodriguez

They kind of left me hanging with my worker’s compensation case. There is hardly any follow-up. I probably should’ve just represented myself. Working directly with Texas Worker’s Compensation actually moved my case along. Unless your case is super complicated, I don’t see how they will make a huge difference. But when I met with Crystal, she was super nice. Other staff members were nice too.
