Richard has represented me twice with unbelievable results. Collin County charges dropped "in the interest of justice"! Who else can do that? Carrollton; partial time served... unheard of! I hired Richard and within the hour was bonded out on a very large bond. He got with another attorney and together made things happen even when the state had "two confessions". Even with everything they said they had against me I still received a plea bargain of 3 years deferred probation. And with the charge I had, this was unheard of supposedly. In Smith county as well. Mr. Richard and his staff is incredible! Made me feel very comfortable about my case.. Mr. Richard was very clear from the beginning to the end on what he was planning to do. He had a plan and stuck to it.. I can be a procrastinator at times on getting things done. Corbitt was on me to do what I needed to do and in the end it all worked out for the best.. wish I could give more than 5 stars, because he deserves it..
