The structure involved several entities that fall under various state and federal regulations. Despite the complex task, the Vela Wood team performed the job flawlessly. I've used Legal Zoom in the past, and they rally screwed us, so I've talked to a number of lawyers to find solutions, but they were never clear on how to solve our problems and even tried to charge for the initial consultation.
