Jim Burnham is a tremendous lawyer who cares about and protects his clients! He represented me on charges of felony theft and worked incredibly hard on my case with the prosecutor. In the end, instead of prison time, Jim got me probation with no conviction, with no fine, no restitution, and no community service. The only thing I have to do now is send in a probation sheet every month.

I recently went through the unfortunate and horrible mistake of allowing myself to get in serious trouble for the second time in my life. After a virtually mistake free path through 40 years of my life I managed to get a DUI at 41 then again at 49. This second DUI was scary and stressful, but I had the fortunate luck of being referred to Jim and I want to pay it forward for anyone else that may find themselves in the same predicament.
