I've been on my HOA Board for 10 of the last 12 years and ever since we brought Manning and Myers on board with us several years ago, our operations are more efficient than anytime we revise or create a new policy, the resulting governing document is "bulletproof". The team is excellent at ensuring that what we do follows current law which reduces our risk and ensures homeowners that what we do as an association is not only legal but appropriate. They have also been available to us when we need to bring them into a Board meeting to respond to homeowner concerns and questions. Their collections team is also spot on ensuring that deadlines aren't ignored and do their best to ensure the HOA doesn't lose opportunities to collect past due amounts. Overall, I can't think of any other firm I would recommend for homeowner associations!

I don't know the attorneys themselves in the firm, but I just called and the receptionist was clueless of what to do, I kept asking about scheduling a consultation, but she would not schedule one without signing a contract with the firm first and accepting the fees they have, I kept explaining it to her that we need to consult to see explore our options first, but she was stuck to where, we need to agree on the fee, then sign a contract then will schedule the consultation, which is ridiculous and completely the opposite of all other law firms.

I contacted this firm, me and my wife separately for legal advice regarding an eviction. The paralegal/receptionist refused to schedule a consultation without signing an agreement and paying a fees of $1650. I kept explaining it to her that we need to consult to explore our options first, and to see if your the attorneys can take up our case or not, but she was stuck to first pay the fees and sign the agreement. When we refused, She emailed saying that the firm can’t take our case. Ridiculous firm which offers a free consultation online but when you call they ask for money..! Get real and learn to serve the community first..!

Greedy terrible attorney Casey Meyer is extremely rude & arrogant. Would not recommend this corrupt law firm to anyone
