I truly appreciate Lance Erricson’s personality and professional work. You were GREAT yesterday in the court and I felt I have a family member beside me, defending me and telling the real story of what we have been through to everyone there. Regardless of us being able to collect anything from them in the end, what you did yesterday and so far means a lot to me and my family! Im sure you are a good human being and great role model for your kids and family aswell. No Ody likes having to deal with attorneys. It typically means bad news. But the gentleman I had to work with here was kind, professional, and responsive. I hope I never have to deal with them again. But he made it as easy as he could in my opinion.

Firm is very responsive and takes action in a timely manner.

I had an HOA that was severely overcharging for HOA Resale Certificates. Nearly double the maximum amount allowed in Texas. I reached out to Mr. Casey Meyers and he promptly provided me with all the legal information proving that the HOA was overcharging. I sent this info to the association and they resolved the issue. All this without asking for consultation fees or contracts, just open and honest communication. If you’re experiencing difficulties with your HOA, Mr. Meyers should be your first stop!

Inquired about legal services. Asked some follow up questions but got a response from Henry Wehrmann. I think he forgot I was copied on the email. Here is what Henry Wehrmann stated about me: This guy is already driving Jennifer and me nuts and he isn’t even a client yet. Do you have anyone you know who might take his case? I need to refer him out.

Jack Manning is unprofessional and uncommunicative. Hopefully Meyers does better for himself.
