Absolute scumbag thief. Worse experience than with any lawyer ever hired. Truly hope to run into face to face with person one day

I had hired this firm from CL(1st mistake) over a year ago to handle two traffic tickets in Tarrant County, It started out wrong by bad communication with paralegal staff, or marketers, then I am informed that I had to pay a retainer or fee for their services for the two tickets. I did so, then it started with incorrect information listed for my self and the tickets, then some months pass then I am sent an email saying that I have to pay $$$ for court costs and fines, and another fee for their services.....!! Oh did I also say that I was to appear in court with less than 24 hour notice????!!!! I paid what they asked, then I appeared in court late winter to ask for a trial and was told by the attorney who was not prepared and had several other Bobbitt clients waiting for appearance and then several hours later, by this time, I received a letter telling me that Bobbitt Firm joined another firm in Dallas...!! Since then, no communications from either the attorney handling my traffic tickets, cases, nor paralegals, NO BODY!!!!! NOW, I find myself needing to get my legal matter resolved because NO ONE bothered to inform the attorney that I would not be in town during the week of my court date, and instead I get a letter from the firm that Bobbitt joined that I may have warrants due to 'failure to appear'!!!!! What a waste, I will be sending complaint to the State Bar on the ethics or lack there of and now have to spend $$$$ to hire another attorney. SO, READ the reviews, DO NOT HIRE this man!!!! RUN, all they can afford to advertise is in CL!!

contacted/hired bobbitt to have a ticket dismissed. he explained and did just what he said he could do. I would hire him again.

I recently hired this firm Bobbitt Law to take care of a speeding ticket, that was just a few miles over the posted speed 63 in a 60. Needless to say customer service wasn't on point at all, horrid and needed a vast amount of training and staff development. They do not give accurate information nor do they contact you back in a timely manner or keep you informed of what's going on. I had to call them myself to find out everything pertaining to my case, this information should have been provided to me without me having to call and inquire. However I am satisfied with the outcome, although I just don't understand why the ticket wasn't simply dismissed since the officer didn't show up for court. As I have seen this happen for others in this same situation. I think the attorney's need to do a better job and more to inform the courts that defensive driving, deferred, and dismissal etc. should be immediate and available options for CDL drivers that were stopped in their personal vehicles and were not in a commercial vehicles at that time. Especially when they have never had no other tickets prior whatsoever like in my situation. CDL drivers should be given these options just as all other drivers. I had to do community service which should have been issued at a minimal amount like 2, 4, 6, but not more than 8 hours, there should be a limit. All outlandish amounts of time for community service should be avoided for these minuscule type of incidents and minor tickets. Overall the ticket was dismissed which was good however myself along with others just wish it was a much quicker and easier route that could have been taken to get there to the Land of DISMISSAL. Bobbitt Law firm did meet and beat the price of other firms and attorney's that were also doing speeding ticket dismissals for a lower price and guaranteeing dismissal for minor incidents such as this. So bobbitt did get the ticket dismissed in the end after everything so I am giving them 3 stars they did an A-OK job.

Bobbitt Law has helped me on many occasions. They have an attentive staff and are very well organized. I have used them for about 3 years now for traffic citations all with good and excellent results.

I took 2 citations to this attorney a few years ago. I went to court about a year later (thinking I'm going to one court date for both citations), and was told they scheduled some people incorrectly so my court date was actually the following day. I showed up the following day, and was told I was not on the dockets for that day either. The representative from Bobbitt Law (Christopher, I believe) spoke with me about it, went back in the court room for a few minutes, then came out and apologized saying that the judge had said since the bookings were messed up and they wasted my time, my case was dismissed. I asked, "both of them?" and Christopher said "uhh.....yeah." He didn't seem too sure and I know I should have gotten something in writing stating this, but it turned out they were not both dismissed that day. A year later I was arrested for some outstanding traffic citations, including one that was taken to Bobbitt Law and I had presumed dismissed. When I called about it, they were very helpful and advised me that they were still the attorney on record for the case, so they could still go to court for me. Apparently I had missed a court date for the first citation that hadn't been dismissed, but I do not remember receiving any kind of letter about the court date, or one for missing it. Regardless, the attorney went back to court for the citation a second time, even though it was years later and I had already failed to appear for that case, and was able to get it dismissed.
