I hired Clara Hatcher to represent me in a Labor Dispute. She did an outstanding job in resolving the dispute in a timely manner. She was very professional and kept me up to speed every step of the way up to resolution. She always explained what the alternatives were and most important that I understood them before acting on any action she took on my behalf. I was very satisfied in her handling of my case and I would highly recommend her.

Well, I didn't hire the attorney but she thoroughly explained steps to me to exercise my own right to seek remedy for unpaid wages. Unfortunately, because I was an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR for the firm I worked for, the WORKFORCE COMMISSION couldn't see into the matter. I will seek other remedies from here.

I had a major legal issue. I had spoken to another lawyer, who said she would take my case, and after 2 months, did nothing. After I spoke with Carla, she not only took my case, but she immediately sent off a demand letter. The other side tried to fight the case, but Carla continued to fight for me. Finally I got justice. And the company had to pay me what I deserved.
