This man is amazing. For starters I drove 3 hours just for Mr. Hood to assist with my Ch. 7. I called him twice before I ever showed up to see him, the calls were 5 months apart and almost a year before I actually scheduled my appointment. He remembered speaking to me briefly over the phone the second time we spoke. He answered every single question I had and accurately. He told me the process over the phone before we met and I swear it went exactly that way. I was super honest with him and I took so much stuff in with me. I had a huge purse, a briefcase, and a binder with all sorts of papers & bills, Just stuff I thought was beneficial for filing... when I walked into his office he said “Cherry, Cherry, you don’t need all this” with a shocked look... I was a little on edge and this made me laugh. He still went through every form and asked me questions about other stuff that could be added... he was so detailed and so knowledgeable. He’s very straight to the point but very humble. He didn’t make me feel like a client I felt like a friend was helping me. I would make the trip again if I had to. Chose this guy seriously! Update: 9/23/22 I just called Don Randomly and he answered with my name lol… I told him what happened and he gave me answers… love it. I’ve also called him about other things and he’s recommended other attorneys for things he doesn’t really cover! I just love his energy!

My wife and I were very reluctant to file for BK, but after 10+ years of trying to pay down our unsecured debt and not making much of a dent, we decided to start with a clean slate. We were pleasently surprised by Don's personal service. Unlike many other firms we researched, he didn't give us generic forms to fill out or pass us on to paralegals. Instead, he spent hours sitting with us to make sure we were not only making the right decision, but that there would be very little chance we wouldn't receive a discharge. I'm happy to say we officially received our discharge this week and with lighter shoulders, we can learn from this experience and move forward better educated and more mature with our finances.

Mr Hood is simply wonderful, as long as you do your part the whole process is painless. Can't recommend Don's services enough.

Mr. Hood answered my call personally. He was very professional and also very straight foward about what could happen and what I needed to do. He took as much time that was needed to get all of my paperwork completed in one day. He was willing to work on my schedule. He is assertive but so am I.
