I thought my life was over until I had met Andrew Dammann at Dunham & Jones. Very professional people here. They really calmed me down and ensured me that everything would be okay as long as I worked with them. I don't regret utilizing their services as it benefited me in the long run. I highly recommend the lawyers here especially Andrew if you want any case off your record with little to zero community service hours.

All of the staff and lawyers at the Dallas location are very knowledgeable and super helpful! They have made a lot of processes that would have otherwise been frustrating or stressful extremely easy for me to cope with. I would highly recommend this firm. Also, Andrew Dammann and Kealee Sibley are the best!! They are extremely personable and definitely know their stuff!!

I started with the Dallas office and was transferred to the Fort Worth office because of the location of my offense. Both offices are incredibly professional, warm, welcoming and bend over backwards to help with my situation. I highly recommend this law office!!

They worked very well for me, were very informing and keeping me up to date on how things were going. Brett Hiser took over my case and he made it a worry free case for me. He informed me of how things were going to go with the case and that made me stress free. He answered all my questions and made sure i understood everything that was being thrown at me.Things ended up exactly how he said so it wasn't a surprise to me dismissing my DWI. I would recommend him and would ask for him again but let's hope none of us have to go through that, if you do, ask for Mr. Hiser, he is the man to go to.

Worst customer service I've ever encountered.

After a promising conversation on the phone with Aaron he assured me I would be taken care of in my situation also reassuring me money was of no issue and we would work out a realistic payment plan. After a painstaking trip to get there he only cared about money (1500$ up front which he never explained he would need), and only talked to me for a brief minute and blew me off because apparently he would be "late for dinner with his wife". Well thanks for everything Aaron! Hope you made it on time to dinner.

Grateful to have had this top notch attorney by my side. I was obviously under duress at the time having such a small support system, Mark and his assistant Kim, was exactly what I needed in a lawyer. Mark sat down with me in his office and assured me from the very beginning that he would do everything in power to suport me.  Throughout the entire process Kim has been very supportive, compassionate and provided excellent customer service. She answered all of my questions and took the time to explain the entire situation to me each and every step of the way. Not only does Mark and Kim have a vast knowledge of the court system and Texas  laws but they also is very patient and provides excellent customer service to there clients. If you are unfamiliar with the legal process of having charges brought against you it can be a terrifying experience.  I quickly found myself  fraught with anxiety concerning the upcoming months (not to mention the uncertain fate of my permanent background record). Mark and his  staff were there for me every step of the way. No matter what “worst case scenario” I have read about online, Mark reassured me that he was on my side. With Mark, you avoid the pomp and indifference you would get from countless other attorneys. Though my case wasn’t the highest profile, it was treated with careful expertise beyond my expectation.
