After a 15-20 minute initial call, I knew I had the help I needed. Derek let me know he would be able to help, so the process started. I was still a bit leary if the bankruptcy would go through but he kept me grounded from start to finish. I received an email confirmation of my final disposition notice last week. No one wants to file for bankruptcy. It sucks. The idea sucks. The process sucks. The payments suck. But... Derek and Mark made it very pleasant and easy to do. I had my papers filed in a week. I had my Ch13 account ready to make payments to in a couple of weeks. I had my meeting with the creditors in about 6 weeks. Easy peasy.
