I have met many attorneys in my 25 yr career in the financial industry and I must say that Attorney Ruthe Belachew is very clear and knowledgeable about estate planning. She is not your typical attorney, she educates you and takes something complicated and makes it very simple. I had her speak to my office for our Estate Planning workshop and it was incredible ! Call her for your estate planning needs , you will not be disappointed!

RUTHE BELACHEW, PLLC Doesn't know the difference between Administrator or Executor. She had to refile for probate 4 times because of mistakes she made! Courts appoint administrators and Wills appoint executors (she did not know this, so continuously had to refile, wasting time and money!) She doesn't understand the probate process AT ALL and when we questioned her or corrected her she retaliated with insults and condescending remarks. DO NOT HIRE. Terrible lawyer. She used to work for Carl Roberts maybe still does. She will screw up your case and waste your time and money.
