I called this office and spoke to an extremely rude person by the name of Patience. She told me it was strange that I was asking her questions. I told her I found the number on google and needed help with my brother’s court case. There’s no way a law office would allow someone to be this rude to potential clients. You’re literally the first person someone talks to in this office and your tone is rude and you demean people. I was so upset I asked to file a complaint against her and she said go right ahead as if she’s above anyone and she has the final say so. Hopefully this office checks into this because my experience was awful.

Andres El Machete and his firm helped me after I was hit by a driver distracted by his phone while driving in the rain. From day 1 he walked me through the whole process and all I had to worry about was completing my physical therapy. Machete's firm fought for me and got me a very fair compensation for my injuries and provided me with receipts at the end. I am not looking forward to having another accident, but if I do I am going with Machete Law. If you want the best, go with Andres but if you want less go with the rest! Makayla Maxwell is one of the best people to happen to this firm. She was an absolutely amazing, energetic, charismatic person who helped me with my case the second she was given it. She followed up on all of my court date's and verified any questions and concerns I had were taken care of via email, phone call, or in person if necessary. She was clear and confident when we met and made everything easy to understand when it came down to it. Definitely recommend her when looking for someone to take on your case!!!!
