I cannot adequately describe the amount of value I've gotten from Everett in under 4,000 words. I can say that, since he was recommended to our start-up company a few months ago, he has been a constant and calm voice of reason. His counsel has been invaluable in negotiating our start-up's LLC agreement, registering with the state, navigating common speed bumps, and protecting us from liability and tax issues. Everett has truly gone above and beyond to help midwife our business and help it grow. His billing has been comprehensive and fair enough that, even after our business was formed, we've continued to use his services. In Everett, we have had legal counsel that we can trust. It's just a shame that Avvo only allows for 5 stars.
