I hired Kathleen after a certain insurance firm ("you are NOT in good hands") showed their true colors in dealing with my hit-and-run case. I started calling Yelp's listing of personal injury lawyers and I started to lose hope with each call picked up by either an admin, a "case administrator", or someone who was a few levels down from the attorney - not the case when I called Kathleen's firm. She picked up the call late in the evening and talked me through what the process would be, and later visited with me and my wife getting to know us better. Needless to say, my wife and I were quite impressed with her astuteness, her attention to detail, and her warm personality. After we signed her on, she exhibited professionalism in getting these "NOT so good hands" to come to the negotiating table and pay up, and managed to keep us in the loop throughout the process. I sincerely wish she practices every kind of law. We would not hesitate to hire her on a retainer for any legal counsel needed for my family!

I had a claim denied from my own insurance. I am a builder in Dallas TX and one of my flips was $1 Million dollars and I called an agent and said I wanted this Million dollar home FULLY Insured cause the Interior was expensive and had all appliances. Well turns out I got robbed and vandalized at that home and I filed claim and MY OWN INSURANCE SAID I WAS NOT COVERD AND CLAIM DENIED!!!!!
