Quality: The information a client is require to provide is well itemized, but may be redundant when viewed from different pages that the client is required to provide. It doesn't take a large amount of time to complete the paperwork. Value: The cost is accessible considering the benefit and a reduction of stress and worry. Professional: The website portal is indicative of professionalism and organization. The Legal team is responsive to my questions and I had a few and even during this pandemic of 2020 they were available to help and I appreciate the help I received; so thank you to them and specifically to Crystal and Victoria.

Laura helped me so much. I called the other day and someone else answered that wasn’t very helpful and only gave me general information in regards to my case. I retained an attorney may 8, 2020, I have yet to speak to an attorney. This whole time a paralegal by the name of Richard Ramirez was giving me legal advice and corresponding with me. Only yesterday did I finally ready his signature on his email that says senior paralegal and an * not licensed to practice law. No one since May 8 has corrected me when I referred to him as my attorney not even himself. I have given all my creditors allmand law and they have always asked for the attorneys name. So now it’s July 24 my BK case has yet to be filed and I’m providing false information because I was lead to believe I was meeting with an attorney through video chat, email and telephone. Since I am moving back to California I requested a refund on the 2200 retainer fee since no service was yet provided. I went to Allmand Law yesterday where I was handed Richard Ramirez’s business card and was told I had to call the customer number on the front of the card, I did and the person took a message stating a manager would call me. As of today no call, no email. Communication has been almost impossible and very vague. This has been a complete waste of my time. And I feel as though I was mislead, lied to and betrayed. I’m hoping that this sparks some interest and that I will receive corresponds by end of day
