I called early this mrng for help and consultation for my living situation and legal actions being taken against me. They set me up with an immediate appointment and introduced us to the most caring and spiritualy comforting woman, Stacey Zimmerman, that was able to ease my mind and make light of a grim situation. With a keen mind with the laws and able to explain them to my understanding, she comforted me and assured me that there is hope. I left with wisdom and a better outlook on such a grim part of my life. I thank the Lord for putting such positive and helpful people in my life, she's awesome and I can rest easy now knowing she's on my side and working for me and not against me. LECIA, STACI and TINA are the best. Staci was very helpful and understanding of my situation. She had been through some of the same things that I'm going through now, so I felt much better after consulting with her. Lecia is so great at taking a boring situation with tons of paperwork and making it fun. She was patient, helpful and smart and Tina is a very pleasant, front office professional.

Call and got an appointment immediately. They were nice even had snacks for my 2 yr old daughter. Met with Stacie Zimmerman and she was great. She was able to calm us down, fully explain all our options and answer all of our questions, which was many. Never were we rushed, she gave us all the time we needed to get an understanding and make a decision and we decided to go with them. I have already recommended them to others.

UPDATE: Within a couple of hours of my original post, Rand personally called me and apologized. He then took time out of his day to review and advise me on my financial situation. I was impressed with his professionalism and dedication to his customers. I will use their office again... Changing my rate from 1 to 5 stars ... Day of Appointment: A 30 minute drive to the Greenville office. I arrived early for my appointment scheduled for 10:30. At 11:10 I asked for my paperwork back and left without seeing anyone. 30 minute drive back home. A total waste of 2 hours.

Unprofessional. If I send an email on Monday and realized I have received a response on a Thursday. I contact the office then no one is available to talk to or you are hold for 15 minutes or longer to speak with someone. If you receive a letter from them you usually have to contact them immediately for information you have already provided or additional information. Not a very happy customer. If you don't contact them regularly you won't hear from them. Very unprofessional. Not a happy client.
