Robert treated very well right from the start , he was very thorough explaining the steps of the process of my case and was very clear about the timeframe but please let me tell you to be patient and you will see results he kept me updated throughout the case and there was no need for me to call his office (not once did I have to call) needless to say I absolutely recommend Mr Alvarez and his services , if you want someone to take care of you please call him !!

In less than 3 days the insurance companies agreed to max payout. Because of the lean the hospital put on the check I was exhausted with the whole process and Mr. Alvarez got them to settle in less than 4 months and I got paid twice the amount plus, what I was trying to settle for.

I signed up for a consultation with Mr. Alvarez on his website. He contacted me by email within minutes asking me to call him. I immediately called him and he answered the phone. Often times when we call an attorney's office, you never get to speak with the actual attorney. His overall attentiveness to me was astounding. I will definitely use him if I have the need.
