Avoid this scum bag lawyer at all cost. She will tell you everything you want to hear and promise you the world. Then she will charge you 5 to 10 times as much and not get the results you want. Wasted a year with her and her team and I am in a worse position then what I was before I hired them.

And later helped me craft and execute a prenup. If you want to sleep better at night, hire Rebecca. It will be the best investment you ever made.

Rebecca Rowan is my super hero. She represented me when my sweet husband, using his lawyer, wanted to gift me items that were previously excluded in our Pre Marital Agreement. My husband has significantly greater assets than I, with grown children, and a complicated estate plan. When I finally received the documents from my husband's lawyer, they appeared unnecessarily lengthy and complicated. I realized his law firm did not represent me or my best interests, suggesting I "seek my own council," I went to the best law firm and found the best lawyer. Rebecca became devoted in examining the amazing amount of paperwork my husband's lawyer had produced to discover that the 'gifts' were not actually being given in the way my kind husband had intended and had represented to me. Items were listed on the 'cover sheet' but there was nothing within the lengthy documents to secure them for me. These gifts were significant including hefty insurance policies and stocks. After almost one year, Rebecca was able to wrap up the project up in about 2 months. (Consultation to ink!). I felt that the level of respect which I was being given by the other law firm went up immediately when Rebecca entered the discussions. She found significant holes within the other lawyers work which did not serve me well. Rebecca inserted language that would insure my husband's gifts to me would never be in question, putting "teeth" within the documents to my benefit. She didn't stop there. Rebecca added significant language to these documents that covered items I would never have realized necessary until it would have been too late. She was both thorough and diligent, passionate and compassionate. She protected me. You don't know what you don't know. Leave that to Rebecca Rowan, my hero! I would give her 10 stars if I could.
