The entire process about 2 years from the date of the accident to the date I got my settlement check. My communication with the firm was minimal- I checked in about once every 1-2 months. They updated me on the what was going on so that I was in the loop. My case was commission based so I had to pay nothing up front, just provide info and let them do their job. Every case is different, being patient with the judicial process is key also very helpful when I called to ask questions. Divorce is one of the hardest most emotional things I have ever been through. Rex was able to step in, stand by my side and walk me through the whole process.
