First of all, let me just say that Andrew Dammann was an exceptional attorney who not only stood by my side through the entire process, but was also able to get my case dismissed and qualifiable for expunction. I applied for a Fulbright Scholarship this year and I really didn't want this case to impact my scholarship application. Andrew took time out of his day to write a very nice letter to the Fulbright National committee explaining my case and its dismissal. My application was approved and I was even chosen as a semi finalist. I worked with two other wonderful attorneys as well. Communication from them was straightforward and consistent.

Robert Johnston has been an excellent source as legal counsel regarding my IP registration and patent submissions. It's difficult to obtain design patents in the apparel industry and through his guidance, I obtained two patents in 2015. I tried to do this on my own while starting my company. After much research and due diligence I made the decision to consult an IP legal expert. I feel lucky to have found Robert as he was straight forward and did not promise things he could not deliver. Additionally, as a small business company, registering the brand name has been a long and arduous process. A major apparel company opposed the registration of my brand due to a similar name and falling in the same product category. Mr. Johnston took immediate action and counsel me to work with the company. He made sound recommendations in order to move forward and obtain the brand name registration.
