Great law firm they made my bankruptcy painless for the most part.

Danyelle is amazing so far! She made me feel like I was speaking to my sister & not a lawyer. She answered any & all my questions. Made weekly payments for about 6months totalling $4000. They refuse to do anything but request more and more documents each time. THIS IS NORMAL. They do this!!! Read their BBB complaints. All they want is your money and then take forever to review your documents then you end up needing to send more in and its a vicious cycle. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!

Wonderful to work with great people

Overall bad experience. I do not recommend this law firm for your bankruptcy. I began a case with a payment plan attached to get started. Unfortunately my health has taken a turn and medications were getting so expensive which I called them to stop taken out payments until we got back on our feet. They continue to extract our payments having us continue to be negative in our bank account. When I called to cancel this whole process they refused a refund. Keep in mind they have not even started to do anything about our case because they wouldn’t start anything until the initial payment of 1500 was paid off. So they kept our money refused a refund and was not compassionate or understanding at all. I advise you seek council elsewhere and never go to this scamming law firm. It’s funny you seek help and they do nothing to accommodate you and continue to take your money even when you e asked them not to and they said they wouldn’t but still do the exact opposite. Money hungry crap law firm!!
