I have dealt with awful debtors for 1 credit card I couldn't pay 20 years ago. I have been harrassed to no end. I finally decided to stop this insanity. I spoke with Luna yesterday and set up an appointment with Allmand Law. Attorney Brian walked me through the process and was so helpful. Noone wants to declare bankruptcy but I feel a weight lifted off my shoulders.
