Not the easiest law firm to work with. Paid $3000 for chapter 7 and anytime I asked for a supervisor no matter the time of day. I was always told that they were at lunch. Anytime I made a special request in regards to my contact preferences they were ignored. They are certainly not the best at communication. If I’m spending a few thousand dollars for a service I would anticipate better service. You never get a straightforward answer for really anything. It definitely feels like they try and beat around the bush or act like used car salesman and not be direct in answering questions. I’m not sure if what I paid is the standard amount for chapter 7, but I definitely should have shopped around more. At least for a better law firm. Currently their reviews are showing a 4.7, a few months ago it was three point something. Not sure what they did to get their reviews up so quick, but don’t let it deceive you.
