Thank you to Mr.Ian Croall made sure I was informed on the process and stayed in contact every step of the way was very understanding and patient. Katherine on the medical records team was amazing as she would keep in contact and would let me know if there was anything I could do to speed up the process. Elizabeth would always call me if there was any questions or any changes. She stayed in contact with me through the whole process and answered any questions. I had overall a great team thank you guys so much.

Do not hire Danielle Cortez-Harper. We spent thousands of dollars and she provided no results. She was outsmarted by the other attorney and could not follow through on a simple TRO. Charged $$$ for every single email, phone call, or text, many of which were not informative..... Do not hire her, or you will end up a broke loser...one star is too many. I could go on and on, suffice to say I would like a refund.

Katherine was so great getting my records and talking to me. I have severe anxiety and she helped me. Ian was so great at my hearing they are going back 3 years for my case. I have and will recommend them.

Could not meet with a lawyer, “conflict of interest,” said the operations manager. I’m looking to be pro-active and meet with a lawyer. I don’t have the other parties date of birth. It’s their policy, she says but let the lawyer decide. This company missed so much potential money. I really would have liked to work with them. Can’t get past the passive-aggressive non-lawyer though.

I had a problem on updating my name change on government identification documents. I went to a different law firm and was directed to a very wrong way making my case more complicated. I was very stressful. I tried to look for another law firm to see if my case can be fixed and I found this office. I met Ms. Claudia Cubias and everything turned out very simple. She listened and saw my problem right away. I was told what to do and everything went smooth. I would recommend her to anyone having immigration problems. Once again, thank you very much for your help Ms. Claudia Cubias!!!
