they let me fall flat on my face they did not come through for me at all so I fired them and two weeks later I ran into the lady that represented me shopping at Aldi....

I was hit by a cement mixer the company then paid for my truck but refused to pay for emergency room costs or for physical therapy. So I hired these guys after about 2 wks They sent me to a "Dr" who immediately tells the nurses to put a warming pad on my back she then comes back after 30 mins and starts yelling at me that I'm faking it. I leave there call the lawyers they said don't worry about it they'll send me somewhere else. After calling them every other day from that period on and only hearing someone will get back to you I get a letter in the mail saying due to a conflict of interest they can't represent me and this was 2 wks before my statute of limitations was up. Screw these guys I'm at work now in pain because of them

A total mess. Lost info, didn't remember who I was, each employee makes an excuse for the other and still no answers. Not recommended for personal injury.

Originally contacted another law firm, met with them 3 months prior to my hearing, never heard back from original law firm after repeated calls. Finally spoke to the original law firm, very rude attorney, she stated that can not handle my case, too short of notice. I then contacted Bailey & Galyen, very professional, Bailey & Galyen always stayed in contact with me and represented my case before the judge, and with Bailey & Galyen won my case. I made sure that I kept detailed notes of all my issues, dates, i.e. employment history that pertained to my case. Passed these on to the attorneys and also brought all these documents to the hearing. Thank you again Bailey & Galyen.

They continue to charge us with little to no progress. I understand it may be the other lawyers fault for delaying things but $5k+ on a case yet to go to court. I will change my review if things go better in the end but as of now I feel 3 stars is being nice. The lawyer we are dealing with is very nice but I can't belive our case started with $2k retainer that we could pay over 3 months and 2 weeks after we started they went over $2k and they were already needing more.
