Tried to charge me from a toll bill from 3.5 years ago. I’m military and have moved four times in four years. The representative told me there was no “out” and I had to pay. I called E470 toll and they took care of me and did the right thing. Your collections agency is a joke. I received one notice for $73.70 from a charge 42 months ago. You wouldn’t help me and only wanted the money. Next time someone calls you with a legit issue, why don’t you try to at least understand the issue before taking the hard line. I hope you all go out of business because you are absolutely atrocious.

I called to see what information they had on the case. They asked me to verify my information. I gave them my name. I stated nicely that I didn't feel comfortable giving them my address and they hung up on me.

1. On hold for 2 hours. 2. You are representing the Dallas Tax Office and people are unable to get their information and being charged interest and late fees on late taxes. 3. Should you hire some more help? This is poor service and you must be a poor attorney. Look at your ratings. Counselor let me counsel you, Maybe you should ligate parking citations.

Nobody ever answers the phone.

SCAMMERS!!!! The letter we got had an incorrect address that our wonderful post office corrected because they know us well. It had my husband's correct driver's license number on the statement. They seem to be charging him with a fine that he paid over 10 years ago.

I wish I can give zero or minus stars.....I called them so many times...They do not answer....In any case I sold my property and they are sending delinquent notice to wrong person......

Called a handful or more times, was sent to voicemail, so after the second time I called back I left a voicemail with sarah I think was her name, hasnt called me back and its been two days, now nobody answers at all as if they are ignoring me purposely cause I called yesterday early too and the same thing nobody answers at all. Thanks a lot. NOT.
