Why is this firm allowed to operate? They are clearly running scams. Received an order to pay containing a threat of an arrest warrant for a ticket that was dismissed (I have a signed copy of the dismissal from the court). These people are crooks!

Ridiculous debt collector company that even failed to identify who holds the debt.. Everyone who has the same experience should file a consumer complaint online via Office of the Attorney General against them.
Oh and of course, you won't be able to reach anyone who actually is working in this company to correct their mistakes. (why do they deserve 1 star just to leave a review...)

This place is a scam. They mailed me that I owe them money from a violation in San Antonio Texas. I haven’t been in San Antonio since I was 15 and I definitely didn’t get any “violation” because I couldn’t drive.
