A lot of us think we do not need help from a lawyer to file for our SS. We can do it ourselves since everything is online and simple. Yes, it is simple, but not always fruitful when we do it ourselves. This was the hard truth in my case. When we hear the word “Lawyer” we all are afraid to go to them. We asked a lawyer friend to review the contract and engagement letter that we received from Kraft & Associates before hiring them to work on our SS case. He told us, “to go ahead to file your case through Kraft Associates.” The only fee they charge is 25% of your SS back benefits if you win the case. If you do not win the case you pay nothing. So, there is nothing wrong to file your case for SS through a law firm. I had originally filed my case to the SS office, but it was turned down. My cousin recommended me to go with Kraft Associates, a renowned SS law firm in Dallas, TX. I went to them and they took extremely good care of me. The attorney, Mr. Matthew Stewart organized the case professionally, leading to a decision within minutes from the Judge. His ability to order the documents and structure my case extremely well led to a fast decision. His staff, Ms. Vera and Ms. Tressa, also treated me very well and were extremely helpful in preparation for the court date and compilation of all my legal documents. Their work on my case was diligent and they worked very hard to keep me well informed throughout the whole process. They worked very hard on my case and it is my conviction that they do the same for all of their clients. They are patient, courteous and very helpful. Thank you, attorney Mr. Stewart and your staff for your very hard work to win my case. Dallas is about 3 hours’ drive and Houston is about hour and a half. I believe I made the right decision to file my case though Kraft & Associates in Dallas. If anyone I know needs help with their SS case I will strongly recommend them to file their case through Kraft & Associates. Kraft & Associates is awesome and I would not think twice to grade them 10 out of 10.

Mr. Stewart was just amazing and I would recommend him and his firm, Kraft & Associates. He was there when I went before the judge and he personally help me through the process and answered all of my questions. I am so glad that a friend of mine referred me to Mr. Stewart firm.
