Kraft & Associates has served my family and myself for over 20 years. The staff is always friendly, efficient and very professional and informative. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing assistance with their disability and legal needs.

I used them years ago for an auto accident and had a good experience with them which is why I decided to call them about help getting disability. However when I called it seemed like the person I talked to could care less about helping me. I have been clinically disabled with multiple life long conditions for years but they are getting worse to the point where I am struggling with work and supporting my family. I was told by the person I talked to that I must be unemployed for at least a year before they would consider representing me. To me that makes absolutely no sense. I have 4 children to support. How does it make sense that people have to stop working for a year and have no income to support their families or themselves before they can start collecting ssdi? Most people would be homeless after a month. After calling another attorneys office I figured out that the person I talked to at kraft just couldn’t be bothered with my case. I would be weary about calling them about disability cases.

Original review was good, now I am waiting on a payment that has not been processed for 5 months or so I have given up at this point hoping this office can get the final payment released by ssdi. Won't mention names but the lady I dealt with told me I was not the only person she had to deal with like I was a toddler when I expressed frustration at the lack of info and no luck getting hold of payment processing center. Don't bother they don't care after you get initial money and they get their portion.

I had a WONDERFUL experience with Kraft & Associates. Vera was so helpful and worked with me the entire way through the confusing process. I was able to file my claim and get my disability benefits approved within about 7-8 months. I want to say thank you again to Vera & the rest of her team at Kraft & Associates.

They are the nicest people very caring and professional. After being told by other Law Firms that i didnt have a case for my disability they took on my case and we won . They are honest and upfront about everything from the time it takes to what you need to do . My mother Erma parks hired Kraft and Kraft associates for her disability case and was very please of there work.she also reffed three other people Robert Anderson, Milton Bartee, and they did and awesome job on winning there disability case. And when I told my mother my god Sister need an attorney to do her disability claim she said tell her to call Kraft and Kraft associates they will help her get the job done they are a excellent team. Now here it is me her daughter I said mom I got to find me an attorney she said call Kraft and Kraft associates I think they help in that field also so I did.I spoke To one of the Rep in the office and before I could blink my eye Mr.Webb call me to sit up a meeting to get thmy case on the road thanks Kraft and Kraft associates cases
